Have one of the following Child Care License available:
- A current Utah Family Child Care License or Residential Certificate.
- A current Child Care Center License.
- Relative Care Certificate (approved through CMA).
- Alternate Care Certificate (approved through CMA).
- Family Friend & Neighbor Approval (DWS FFN)
